The Executive of the Dufferin Grey ATV Club (DGATV) met at the Dundalk Legion on August 11, 2010 at 7pm.  Highlights of the meeting were: 

Chatsworth Fire Dept. – DGATV participated in a promotional newspaper event presenting the proceeds from the ATV ride.

West Grey Club – Bruce Newman is striving to keep this chapter club operating, and to solicit help he has organized a ride on our Rockford property on August 21, 2010 at 9am.  If you are interested in attending the ride or helping Bruce in his endeavour to run the club, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Portable Toilet – the club has purchased and installed a portable toilet at the property near Rockford.  Already this facility has proven of value to our family riders.  This is a club asset, with all the costs of maintenance and repair to be incurred by us.  Please be considerate in your use of this facility and report any damage or mishandling to a Warden or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Warden Report – three incidents were reported: (i) where ATV damage has been reported on unmaintained sideroad 50, north of Berkley, (ii) a rider flipped over a stump, cracking three ribs, and (iii) a police chase incurred up the trail from Dundalk.  Please be careful on the trail – ATVing is inherently risky and we are not the only trail users.  Also, we appreciate you reporting any malicious or unusual incidents.  It helps us keep good relations with our land owners and local authorities.  

New OPP Office – an office has been opened in Dundalk, putting an OPP office at both ends of the rail trail.  We look forward to working with the police to keep the trail undamaged and safe for all users.
